Please Read Before Scheduling Your Appointment

  • New Clients must have AGI - Adjusted Gross income from last years tax return usually found on line 11 of Form 1040
  • If you have Covered California Medical Insurance, you must have Form 1095-A (go to Covered CA website if you did not receive)
  • If you have an IPPIN number because of Identity Theft, make sure you have your IPPIN #
  • Please schedule a 30 minute appointment slot for each tax return being filed
  • If you cannot find your desired appointment time, please feel free to "drop off" your tax return

 

  • Please do not book multiple appointments for yourself. You are holding up potential appointment times for other, in fairness you may be subjected to an additional charge
